FRSC In Ebonyi Decorates 51 Promoted Personnel

The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) Ebonyi State Command has decorated 51 newly promoted personnel with a charge to re-dedicate themselves to the mandate of the organisation.

The Ebonyi State Sector Commander of the Corps Uche Chukwurah while performing the ceremony with the assistance of heads of other security agencies in the state, congratulated the officers on their promotions.

Chukwurah said that the promotions ranged from the ranks of Corps Commander to Deputy Route Commander.

“The responsibilities of the newly promoted officers have increased and the way they do things will equally change.

“Many of them will

become process owners and many transfered from the command.

“When you go anywhere, keep the flag of FRSC flying and I pray that more promotions come your way.

She also encouraged those who were not promoted to be patient as theirs would come in die course

“I specifically thank the Corps Marshal of FRSC for his magnanimity as it had never been this good for us.

“I also thank the heads of other security agencies in the state for their collaboration which has enhanced synergy among us.”

The state Coordinator of Special Marshals of the command, Chief Richard Idike, congratulated the newly promoted officers and enjoined them to increase their commitment to duty.

“The special marshals will always discharge our duties effectively to complement the efforts of regular marshals in curbing road crashes.”

The state Commandant of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) Felix Gbolade also congratulated the officers and urged those who were not promoted not to lose hope.

“The newly promoted officers should re-double their commitment to duty with the general election approching and new administrations expected in the country,”

Mr Samuel Nwangwu, one of the newly promoted officers expressed joy over the promotion and pledged on behalf of others, to be more committed towards their duties.
