First plane of Nigeria Air, Nigeria’s new Airliner will arrive in country on Friday, Hadi Sirika, the Minister of Aviation, has said.
Speaking on Channels Television programme Thursday, Sirika said that the aircraft adorns Nigerian national colours.
He said that that the plane was arriving in Nigeria ahead of the commencement of operations of Nigeria Air in fulfillment of Federal Government’s to launch the airline before the end of President Buhari’s administration.
The Minister said all the ground work for the operation of Nigeria Air had been completed for the next administration to conclude work on the airport city.
He said that the only incomplete items is the aerotropolis, the airport city, which is already 60 percent completed.
